BASIC CLEANING

  • Clean all flooring including a sweep and mop hard surface flooring including tile and laminate and vacuum all carpeted areas including baseboards.

  • Dust all furniture, light fixtures and ceiling fans.

  • Clean all windows and stairway handrails.

  • Remove cobwebs and dead insects.

  • Polish all stainless steel surfaces.

  • Wipe down all surfaces including countertops and cabinets.

  • Clean the outside of all appliances (dishwasher, stove, range, refrigerator, etc).

  • Cleaning inside/outside of microwave.

  • Clean and sanitize all sinks, bathtubs, toilets and showers inside and out.

  • Clean all mirrors and walls.

  • Tidy up (placing items left out into neat piles).

  • Washing all dirty dishes left in the kitchen and sink.

DEEP CLEANING

Includes everything a Basic Cleaning provides, but adds attention to neglected areas and hard-to-reach spots including:

  • Cleaning and wiping down all baseboards, doors, frames and doorknobs.

  • Dusting and cleaning all light fixtures.

  • Wiping down all switch plates and electrical outlet covers. 

  • Wipe down all cabinets and inside shelves.

  • Bleach all caulking inside/outside of bathtubs, sinks and around toilets.

  • Clean toilet paper holders, soap dishes, towel bars and plumbing fixtures.

MOVE IN/OUT

Includes everything a Deep Cleaning has to offer PLUS:

  • Clean all HVAC vents and returns.

  • Clean all windows and sliding glass doors inside and out.

  • Wipe down all cabinets, cabinet tops and pantry shelves.

  • Clean the inside of all drawers if possible.

  • Deep clean under all appliances.

  • Clean inside/outside of dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, range and oven.

  • Soak stove drip pans and knobs in sink.

  • Clean inside, under and around all sinks.

  • Clean all mirrors and walls.

  • Clean bathroom exhaust fan vents (remove any dust, lint, etc.)

  • Clean all draperies and/or window blinds.

Vacuuming the Couch
ADD ON SERVICES

Depending on which service you select, we offer a variety of add ons to enhance your cleaning services based on your specific needs. 

  • Cleaning the inside of select appliances (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, etc.)

  • Cleaning all draperies or blinds.

  • Fold and put away clean laundry.

  • Cleaning Exterior doors and sweeping entrance ways.

  • Sweeping and washing patios or porches.

  • Tidying up the garage includes sweeping garage floors, dusting light fixtures, outlets and removing any debris near garage door sensors.

  • Deep cleaning of the carpets with a carpet shampooer.
